Have you been Transformed by Beholding?

“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. II Corinthians 3:18 NKJV”

We can never be transformed as long as we remain veiled before the Lord. Transformation happens when we strip ourselves of our religious ambiguities and present ourselves to God, weaknesses, strengths, good, bad and everything. Naked before our Lord at the Cross. Then he takes our failing strength, our human nature and we experience a LIFE EXCHANGE, a TRANSFORMATION that cannot be hidden.

It all starts with our unveiled faces, our nakedness. “The most important rule is to concentrate on keeping our lives open to God”. He needs unlimited access to be able to grow the transformed life from one level of glory to another. We need to be stripped off our old habitual ways for His New and Glorious WAY.

“Let everything else including work, school, clothes and food be set aside, because the busyness of things obscures our concentration on God”. If we must remain hid in Christ in God, (Col. 3:3) we must keep beholding as in a mirror the glory of God. Letting all impurities be fixed by him and we are changed with each correction to another degree of Glory. It is His Spirit that works out the transformation so we must remain attentive to His leadings.

Nothing is worth the risk of not abiding in God, the world’s greatest success and achievements pale in comparison to the glory of abiding in God and being still.

I surrender my all to you God, I don’t want any worldly victories or success. All I want is You. To behold you daily and be transformed into Christ’s righteous image.
